Helicopter

Take care that you don’t take off during that exercise, it’s helicopter time ;-) This exercise helps us that our core is stable also after lots of running kilometres. 

Starting position is the all fours pose. Now we stretch our right arm to the front and our left leg to the back. Both extremities form a line with your spine. If we have a stable position, we move our stretched arm and leg to the outside and back to the middle.

- back muscles
