At the age of seven we went to the training of the TTC Mittelaschenbach for the first time. With our junior team we played in the highest league of Hesse and later with our woman team we played in the first league of our district. Until 2011 we played parallel to running. At table tennis you learn very early that many matches are decided in the head of the players. Just the one who is all the time concentrated and focused is going to win the match. All this abilities are also very helpful for running and when there is anywhere a ping pong table we are of course ready for a little match.
