We are playing table tennis for many years. At the age of seven we went to the training of the TTC Mittelaschenbach for the first time, the club we are still playing for. At the moment our women team plays in the first league of our district in Hesse. Last season we decided not to play the expulsion for an upper league, as we would not have had enough time for it. The most attractive thing of table tennis is the speed of the game which requires a good ability to respond. In addition the mental factor is decisive. It is necessary to be concentrated during the whole time and to be focused- also very helpful for running. Table tennis still makes a lot of fun and is a good complement to running.
