Pink soup- hot soup for cold winter days!

Even if -15°C are not that great for running, they make you looking forward to a hot tasty soup. After taking off the running shoes and endless layers of clothes, taking a shower, you can sit at the kitchen table 20min later and enjoy a pink color explosion. By the way, red beet supplies us with plant-based iron and folacin, an important trace element and b-vitamin for the blood formation.
